Delivery & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Kolkata studio (pincode 700017).
Delivery timelines
Metros typically receive orders in 2–4 business days; other serviceable pincodes in 4–7 business days, via Shiprocket partners.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across serviceable pincodes. Check availability on any product page before placing your order.
Returns & replacements
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened products. Damaged, leaking or incorrect items can be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo — we will replace them free of charge.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.
